I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. Breathing Efficiently This is how i do it. It is also better for your knees. When you exhale you land harder on that foot. So if you rotate which foot you start the exhale then it is equal pressure on your knees. In-2-3 out-2 in 2-3. Out-2. That is the pattern.
