“Columnist Louis Sobol remembered Bentley coming over to his table one night and whispering, ‘I’m getting married tomorrow and you’re invited.’ When Sobol asked who the lucky man was to be, she giggled and replied, ‘Man? It is a tragedy, I feel, that people of a different sexual type are caught in a world which shows so little understanding for homosexuals and is so crassly indifferent to the various gradations and variations of gender and their great significance in life. Danny (Keahu Kahuanui) on MTV’s Teen Wolf is about as far from a gay stereotype as a character can get. He’s not only a confident student among his peers, he’s also a star lacrosse player and the best friend of the team Captain. It is interesting to note that his sexuality is also never an issue with any other character on the show, making Danny an excellent benchmark for the progress of gay characters on television.

The Big Man often kissed The Boss onstage -- “It’s love. It’s two men — two strong, very virile men — finding that space in life where they can let go enough of their masculinity to feel the passion of love and respect and trust.” -Clarence Clemons "I bet they were the first same-sex kisses - maybe even the first interracial kisses - most of their audiences had ever seen." Jack Gleeson, folks! By all reports a delightful man and certainly a powerful actor, and he spontaneously uses "gender normative" in a sentence ... You go, sir!

As a gay man, André never expected to be able to be a dad, but when he and Jonathan met on a blind date they had what they describe as an "immediate connection." It's a love story they're telling in the Sept. 29 video, the story of how they first met each other and then met their daughter Raphaëlle, and it's a beautiful one.
