"Spaghetti Aglio, Olio & Peperoncino". Spaghetti made with garlic, olive oil, and hot chili pepper. Served with chopped parsley and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. The pasta should be cooked "al dente", never overcooked.
Lemon-Rucola-Shrimp Spaghetti. Searched for recipe with no luck, but I'm guessing that you need to saute the shrimp, boil the spaghetti, mix them together with rucola (arugala) and olive oil, squeeze lemon, add salt & pepper and eat! :)
Delicious Guacamole :D Mash 2 avoados, 1-2 finely-chopped cloves of garlic, 1/2 red onion, juice of 2 limes, 1/2 of a chopped tomato, a sprinkle of sea salt & a few generous pinches of cayenne pepper. Mix well, leave in fridge for a couple hours.
