Cookie Bar NY is the brainchild of the fabulous Dorie Greenspan and her son Josh. The lime sable are the best cookies I have ever eaten. And I just love how she cooks them in those little metal rings so they are all exactly the same size. When I ordered they came in a little plastic tube that kept them fresh and uncrushed. How clever!
