yacon syrup...seen this on Dr.oz!...its suppose to be close to the taste of rasians or dates and is the consistancy of molasses...no more than one to two tablespoons a day and take it before or with a meal...it suppose to help with weight loss for more info...look it up for yourself it sounds amazing!

Vinegar Cucumbers. Mom always made these using 1 c. vinegar to 3 c. water.

Mom always made a broccoli salad with head of broccoli, 6 strips bacon, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 cup mayo, 2 Tbls sugar, 1-2 Tbls of vinegar. Link goes to a similar recipe. I like the addition of 1 cup sunflower seeds, more raisins, and using honey instead of white sugar.

Orange poppyseed viniagrette on strawberry salad. This was SO good! The dressing is Amazing! Probably should make right before serving. It tends to get soggy after a few hours. Really good though. A+++
