I'd add some GABA, Melatonin or Magnesium supplements, nightly soothing herbal tea, block out shades for complete darkness, and honoring getting up and being creative if that is what your body is feeling!!! xoxo
Better Sleep -- (minor correction: chocolate contains theobromine, not caffeine? but it's still a stimulant and it keeps me awake more than caffeine does)
