Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon: 6 boneless salmon filets (5 oz each); 1/3 cup orange juice; 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey; 1 green onion, chopped; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 2 teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger.  I like it broiled, so broil for 3min, then flip, 3min again then flip, and 3 more min. Add leftover marinade after each flip. Enjoy!
