Lemon Cream Cupcakes: doctored these a bit...added a box of lemon pudding, 1/4C lemon juice, 2 tsp vanilla. Added a pinch of salt, a little extra lemon juice, and 2T butter to the frosting. I also filled them with lemon curd. Absolutely delicious!!
