Taste great by themselves but I simmered for 30 mins in homemade sauce (use tomatoes, vinegar, all natural maple syrup, garlic, onion powder, salt, tomato paste, dried basil - and steamed baby carrots. Whizz with handblender until smooth.) HIDDEN VEGETABLES. BOOM!
