Triceps! Suck in your abs (super important on this one) and lower a single weight - heavier than the worthless pussy weight this girl is using - slowly behind your head. Keep your elbows unmoving and straight up and down your trunk. Do this 10x, then, 10 wide pushups, then 10 more, etc. Three sets. Super quick and your triceps will thank you.
