3/4 lb Packaged chorizo


3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion, medium


4 Eggs, large

Canned Goods

2 tbsp Tomato paste


4 Dill pickles
2 tbsp Mustard, yellow

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Allspice, ground
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

Nuts & Seeds

1 tsp Cumin, ground


2 tbsp Butter

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1/2 bottle Beer


4 Deli-cut slices swiss cheese
4 Portuguese rolls or 2 sandwich sized english muffins, split and toasted

Broccoli and Italian Sausage Egg Muffins ~Preheat oven to 375 Brown 1 lb Italian Sausage. Remove from heat and stir in 1 C broccoli. Whisk 8 lg eggs, 1/4 C milk, 1/2 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Season with salt and pepper. Spray cupcake pan. Spoon sausage and broccoli mixture evenly into each cup. Ladle egg mix over sausage. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
