Ask yourself: "Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary? Will it hurt anyone?" And before you speak to YOURSELF, be sure to ask and answer these questions. You will be surprised at how you can change from negative to positive self talk.
Remember this any day that you feel down about yourself, or don't view yourself as special, deserving, beautiful, important, wonderful or amazing. You may not see your wings, but they take my breath away. - FG
