    October 19, 1960: Straub's moved the Webster store to 211 W. Lockwood from their previous location at 40 W. Lockwood. The new building was bigger and better than before. The Webster Groves location remains in this building today.

    Apple of Your Eye gift shop originated in the charming town of Webster Groves, MO. in 1980 and is located in a centennial building nestled among other historical storefronts. It was begun by two sisters-in-law, Kerry & Patty, who wanted to create a store filled with fun, personalized gifts. For the last 30+ years, they have provided their customers with cute and unique gifts for a variety of occasions. They are located at 20 N. Gore in old Webster.
