Pumpkin pie protein shake. 1/4 cup plain pumpkin puree (fresh or canned), 1/2 large frozen banana, 1 to 11/2 cups almond milk (great for flavor and thickness!), 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Fill up your blender with fresh spinach leaves and add a bit of water to blend. Pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze Take them out of the ice cube tray when frozen (I then store mine in a ziploc freezer bag in the freezer) When it's smoothie making time--pop a few frozen spinach cubes into your blender Add some fruit and liquid Enjoy!
My Chocolate Protein FroYo Recipe! 6 ounces nonfat plain Greek Yogurt 2 TB unsweetened baking cocoa Stevia to taste Stir all ingredients until smooth. Pop in the freezer for 30-45 minutes or don't...it's up to you. Enjoy!
Ultimate, Slim-Down Breakfast Smoothie #Recipe... made with 5 raw almonds, 1 red apple, 1 banana, 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup nonfat milk and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Place all ingredients in a blender. (Depending on how powerful your blender is, you may need to chop the apple and almonds into small pieces before blending.) Blend on medium-high for 30 seconds (or until desired consistency).
Hot Vanilla Milk. This is a gem of a drink. And so easy! 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. sugar. Warm milk in the microwave or on the stove. Add vanilla and sugar. (I added some brown sugar in as well) Optional: top with whipped cream, cinnamon, chocolate sauce, or marshmallows..
