Spray Painted Flatware...spicing up old flatware! Not exactly sure why...but I'm totally loving this idea. Thinking it would be cooler to use a bunch of mismatched pieces from antique stores...

First, reach for Kyrlon’s Metallic spray paint, available at any hardware store. Next, find distinctive everyday objects such as kids toys or athletic/ sport items. Hit up the local Dollar Store, which also has inexpensive offerings to spray. Apply two coats of paint (be sure to spray in a well ventilated area). Once dry, you have instant chic metallic accessories for your home!

Spray paint through lace going to do this on our old to new dresser.

1. take a huge balloon, lots of doilies, and some wallpaper glue 2. blow up the balloon, and paint the glue onto the doilies so that they're soaked. 3. tie the balloon on a string. make sure all of the doilies are overlapping so that they stick 4. put on an extra coat of glue and let it dry for at least 24 hours. pop the balloon and you're ready to go :)

I love the way the light reflects off the walls, I wonder if this has been photoshopped or really shines this way what do you think?

though this is not the cutest, i like the idea of ribbon and flowers to bring new "light" to an old lamp shade!

Attatch doilies together to make a lampshade. Either with multiple sizes or same sizes, round or square.
