      Spray cookie sheet with olive oil. Cut squash in 1/2" slices, spray tops lightly with more oil & season with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or til lightly browned. #recipe #vegetable #squash #zucchini

    Put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

    Delicious and healthy zucchini bake

    Toss chopped peppers, potatoes, zucchini, red onion and sausage (I used turkey kilbasa) with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Seal in an aluminum foil pouch and bake at 400 for 40ish minutes. You can also grill this.
