The Frilled Shark | Shark Week 2013 - found in the fossil evidence 80,000 years ago and identical to the ones alive today. Most that have been caught are 6 ft, but there is an instance of one that was 23 ft. We do not know too much about them, fortunately they prefer depths of 2K to 4K feet...usually only found because they are sick and come up closer to the surface. I just learned about them because one was just caught in a net in Australia and made the news...
