1 Large pinches Chili flakes, dried
4 Garlic cloves
1/2 Green bell pepper, small
8 Heriloom tomatoes, medium small
1 handful Italian parsley, leaves

Pasta & Grains

1/3 cup Carnaroli rice

Baking & Spices

1 pinches Maldon sea salt
1 tsp Saffron threads
1 tsp Spanish paprika

Oils & Vinegars

1/2 cup Olive oil

1 handful Almonds
