The connection I have made with food is a little different after growing up with food allergies, but it is time to celebrate food again and build a better connection. Today was day 30 of drinking Shakeology so far in 2016 - it still continues every day to surprise me!! I am not craving chocolate or any sweets like I used to - and it's also fuelling my body with over 70 superfoods and other dense nutrition!! Email me today to join my next challenge! One day left to save big $$ on my favourite program that taught me what proper eating and portion…

Posting everyday for a month was not possible for me, but the seven day thing sounded good and along with the theme made it even more interesting. Probably,the south Indian in me made me choose rice of all the given options and I will be posting rice based recipes for the next seven days. I do hope to come up with some good recipes and hence I decided to give a start with the popular payasam/kheer made with ...
