Sheri Dew's answer when asked about how she feels being one of the "oppressed" women of the church. This is exactly what I have been wanting to say about the topic!

To Jessica: I think a good point to remember is NOT to argue at all. For what ever reason, some women in the church will say, "That's all fine and good, but you didn't address this issue etc." Since I have seen and heard this issue become a hot button because of OW, I believe the Lord doesn't want us to "win an argument", but just to love and let people work things out in their own minds.

I loved hearing this video. Sister Drew spoke true, and eloquently. I wish this speech could have been shown on national TV then people would hear we are not oppressed women. Thanks Sheri Drew!

Wouldn't you love to have the ability to speak so easily and say the things that are in your mind and heart and actually have them come out of your mouth sounding intelligent. Love you Sheri Dew. You say what I would have loved to say.
