Blueberry Crumb Bars - Stir together 1 c Sugar, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 3 c flour. Mix in 1 tsp salt & zest of 1 lemon. Using fork or pastry cutter blend in 1 c cold butter & 1 egg. Dough will be crumbly. Pat 1/2 of dough into greased 13x9 pan. In another bowl stir together 1/2 c sugar, 4 tsp cornstarch & juice of 1 lemon. Gently mix in 4 c blueberries. Spread berry mixture evenly over crust. Crumble remaining dough over top. Bake at 375 for 45 min - top slightly brown. Cool before cutting.
