Pioneer Woman Potato Skins. I made these on November 1 2013. They were really good! I had different size potatoes (my fault) so some of them were really easy to scoop out and some were still hard and ripped the skins but all tasted the same. I used Olive oil instead of canola and I had a bunch of extra inards of potato then the picture but it was still good. Yum! Next time I'd add some bacon bits!
I can't wait to try these Rum Chata cupcakes with Rum Chata frosting! If you dont want to spend $25 on Rum Chata and you live near a Spanish cooking supply store you can get Horchata in the refrigerated section.. tastes EXACTLY like Rum Chata without the alcohol!
