plank exercises...I like doing rows in plank as well where your up in plank position with dumbbells and lift your elbow straight up with the dumbbell meeting your waist so you use your bicep, lats, rhomboid and abs. Do 15-20 reps each side with 10 lb weight OR alternate sides, Left, Right, push up is 1. Go for 15-20.
