chicken basil cream sauce: really good! I was surprised by the sauce - I expected an alfredo taste when really it's more like a fancy chicken gravy. We loved it! I used skim milk in the sauce rather than heavy cream and just thickened it with a little corn starch and I made my own sundried tomatoes with tomatoes I had on hand.
