Homemade Cooking Spray {#TinyTipTues}

Make your own cooking spray! One part olive oil to five parts water. Shake before each use - cool!

The Best Marinade in Existence.....Ingredients 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional) 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (optional)

a bag of baby carrots, a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper and sea salt. toss to coat, roast at 450 for 20-25 mins tossing again occasionally. drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve! easy, easy side dish.

Cauliflower Chowder

Cauliflower Chowder - A creamy, low carb, hearty and wonderfully cozy soup for those chilly nights! | no bacon, add corn with the cauliflower. Optional to blend a portion to thicken. Mix water and flour before pouring to prevent clumps. Used cricket flour

Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in the shredded meat, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes) Garnish with sour cream...and chives...and salsa...and more cheese :)
