Bacon-Cheddar Twice Baked Potatoes

Gluten free • Makes 8 potato halves


10 oz Bacon


2 cloves Garlic
4 Russet potatoes, about 1 1/2 pounds, large
1 Yellow onion, large


1 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp
1/2 cup Sour cream
  • Maggie Pool

    Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the tops of the mashed potatoes are crispy.
