    I was a bit sceptical about this one. I mean it's cabbage . How good can it be? But OMG, it's so savoury and crispy. I am already eating my first batch as the second batch is baking in the oven. Very yum and healthy too!

    Cauliflower is my new low-carb best friend. 1 head cauliflower 2 large eggs 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c panko 1/2 t cayenne pepper salt olive oil.

    Made the Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Parmesan and Herbs. It was DELICIOUS! Kids weren't ready to try it, but Matt and I ate every last bite. I think baking the squash this way (brush oil on and sprinkle with brown sugar) would make a great side without adding anything else 7 spaghetti squash recipes - Great pasta replacement, virtually NO calories!!!

    Roasted Cauliflower (olive oil, sea salt, garlic, lemon)

    Best Broccoli ever!! Just need broccoli, sea salt, olive oil, pepper, parmesan cheese, garlic and lemon. Preheat oven to 425. Toss cut, dry broccoli in enough olive to lightly coat each piece. Add a bit of minced garlic. Toss together. Spread single layer on baking sheet. Add salt & pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes. Squeeze lemon over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
