Went to the beach with my family, everyone was eating deep fried fish and chips. If you have been following me for a while you would know I've never liked deep fried food! It literally makes me feel like I want to vomit!! So I took this to the beach instead. it's so simple!! My grandpa gave me some home grown tomatoes, then I just cut up cucumber, red onion and put oregano, vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice - opened a can of tuna and threw it in there too! #workout #gym #kaylaitsines

ITS SO SOOOO HOT HERE IN ADELAIDE! It's 44 degrees!! That's 111 Fahrenheit!! I'm melting. I have literally done nothing today. It's toooo hot! I can't even touch my steering wheel to drive anywhere haha. I'll just call this my "rest day" and back to the gym tomorrow! So yessss... this was my lunch today!
