AIP Korean Style Beef Soup  3 c bone broth 1/2 lb stew meat 1 T (or more) crushed garlic 1/2 T minced ginger Several dashes of coconut aminos, to taste 1/4 lb daikon radish, sliced thin 4 leaves of bok choy, chopped 2 green onion, chopped Put everything but the green onions in a pot and simmer for 30 mins. Top with green onions and enjoy! Serves 2-3
