Angela Dmytryk Brown "no heat curls" my friend said it actually should try it out!

I tried this last night when the kids were in bed, just to see if it's that easy and it is. I did 8 sections instead of 4 and I got a ton of volume with my short hair. Also, I did a side part because I don't like a middle part on me. I did not realize the trick to curling was doing it all in the same direction and a flattering direction at that.

Get a spray bottle and mix together 2 cups of warm water, and a tablespoon each of sea salt and coconut oil. Spray this on wet hair. Section off hair in as many pieces as you have patience for, then twist each section. Then let it dry and shake it out. That’s it. Really. Hint: The less you heat style your hair, the healthier it will be, and the better this will start looking!

Candy Coated Sea Spray

I LOVE this. I've been looking for a way to get curls/waves without damaging my hair. This isn't uncomfortable (or unsightly) like rollers or pin-curls, so I can go in public or wear it overnight
