      NO EGGS Melt Away Cookies: 1 C butter, ¾ C cornstarch, ¾ C powdered sugar, 1 C flour. Cream butter until fluffy. Add cornstarch & sugar, blend well. Beat in flour. Drop small teaspoonful onto baking sheet. Flatten out with bottom of a class. (Dip glass in powdered sugar to prevent sticking). Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack before frosting. Cream Cheese Frosting: Mix together 3oz. softened cream cheese, 1 C. powdered sugar, ½ t. vanilla. Color with food coloring if desired.

    Death-by-Butter-Cookies (a.k.a., Gooey Butter Cookies): 1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix, 1 stick butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 pkg cream cheese @ room temperature (8 oz. pkg), 1 egg. Combine all ingredients with electric mixer until well blended. Chill dough for two hours. Roll into balls (about walnut size). Roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when completely cooled.

    These muffins taste just like raised sugar doughnuts, and they're incredibly easy to make. You won't be able to eat just one.

    How To: Make the Best Buttercream Icing--- I made this and my mom kept asking if I used real butter, if it was really buttercream frosting etc, cause she couldn't taste the butter, VERY good frosting, one I'll use as my go-to, very simple too..makes ALOT
