Homemade hand and body cream - baby lotion, Vaseline, vitamin E cream. This stuff is amazing!! Next time I make it I probably won't use the strong smelling baby lotion. I don't know that it matters what lotion you use. Something non-scented would work well too. Non-greasy. Absorbs quickly and feels great. For eczema people, this would be wonderful with a fragrance/dye free lotion base!

Homemade Hand Cream. You can spend a lot of money or do this. This is the best hand cream I have ever used. Recipe: 16 oz baby lotion, 8 oz. Vaseline, 8 oz. Vitamin E Cream. Mix with electric mixer til it resembles icing. Put in containers. You can add a couple of drops of essential oils for fragrance. Works awesome for nurses :) Thanks Mendi-Lee!

Expensive, but worth it! Took a jar to work and now everyone wants to make it.

We make this with all the items from Dollar General. I believe it costs about $7 but lasts FOREVER! My family has been making this for years and it takes about a year and a half, if not longer, to go through all of the lotion. Helps cracked heels and many other things. It also smells great!

I just made this today ! I have EXTREMELY dry, cracked, peeling skin on my hands and feet. I am hoping I can get some serious moisturizing from this stuff. So far it feels great on, at first a little greasy (I am sure from the vaseline) but it pretty much soaked in. The only complaint I have is the baby lotion scent. I am not a fan of smelling like a baby's bottom! Next time I will find one of the other scents of baby lotion!

Homemade Hand Cream - This stuff is awesome! I made some last winter. My go-to is usually Bath and Body Works but I sometimes need something more intensive. If you are planning to put this in bottles use a rubber spatula to scoop the cream into a Ziploc bag and then snip off a bottom corner. You can then squeeze the cream into the bottles easily!

Homemade Lotion Bars.....After having a bath and body business, I would personally never use the ingredients in the everyman's recipe shown BUT I have used similar ingredients on the luxury recipe. These bars really are great on dry skin in the winter time or after suntanning.
