STRAWBERRY – CREAM PUFF KABOBS - I couldn’t resist posting this fabulous idea from Betty Crocker. How would you like this on a party plate? You simply take frozen mini Cream puffs and alternate with fresh strawberries, then drizzle with chocolate!

1 regular pound cake (use angel food cake if you want a lighter texture) - cut up into squares. 2 boxes (2 pounds total) of strawberries Skewer the pound cake squares alternately with the strawberries onto a kabob stick. Melt a 12 oz package of semi-sweet chips in the microwave (a minute at a time, stirring after each minute until mixture is melted and smooth) and drizzled the chocolate over the kabobs. *Used the shorter 6-7″ sticks which makes the perfect serving size.
