Non-Alcoholic Lava Flow 2 lbs. frozen strawberries 1/3 C sugar (sub erythritol+stevia) 4 oz. lime juice 2 C of pineapple juice 2 bananas 6 oz. coconut cream Blend strawberries, sugar and lime juice together. Place in freezer approximately 30 min. Blend the pineapple juice, coconut cream and bananas. Scoop 1/3 cup of strawberry slush into bottom of a glass. Add approx 1 cup of pineapple mixture over the strawberries and top with a bit more strawberry slush. Serves 4

PERFECT PARTY PUNCH: Pour 1 can frozen pina colada concentrate, 1 can frozen orange pineapple concentrate, both thawed, into punchbowl. Stir. Use one of the empty cans & add 4 cans water. Stir. Add 4 liters 7up or sprite. Add about 1/2 bag pepple ice. Stir. Add frozen raspberries on top.
