    Fun Fall Pumpkin Dip for hcg p3 substitute the cookies Recipe Ingredients:{1} 15 oz can of pumpkin {1} 5 oz box of instant vanilla pudding {just the powder, don't make the pudding}{1} 16 oz container of cool whip  {low fat}{1} small pumpkin{1/2} tbl Pumpkin Pie Spice{1/2} tbl CinnamonDirections:1. Pumpkin dip {Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix, and a can of pumpkin} I want to remember this one this fall!

Pumpkin Dip: 1 (8 ounce) pack cream cheese, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups pumpkin puree, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Cream the cream cheese. Mix in the sugar followed by the spices and then the pumpkin puree. Cover and chill overnight in the fridge. Serve with ginger snaps.

Fall Pumpkin Dip - Sunshine's Review: I simply adored this recipe, and could not believe I hadn't come up with it myself, because it's so simple. It could be a new favorite thing, to be sure. Ginger snaps were the best thing to dip in it, but apples were good, and I bet Nilla Wafers would be good.
