    Super Easy Microwave Caramels 5 T butter 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar 4 oz. sweetened condensed milk (about 1/4 cup + 2 T) Put all ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Spray an 8''x8'' dish with cooking spray and pour mixture in. Let cool and cut. Wrap in wax paper. {Eat Cake for Dinner}

Apple Pie Caramel Apples. I tried these and although I made a huge mess out of my kitchen in the process, they were delicious!! They tasted like the ones from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. But in the recipe she said to use white chocolate...WRONG...I used white almond bark. You could also probably use the vanilla candy melts they sell in the cake decorating section of A.C.Moore, etc.
