DIY skin brightener. Yogurt and honey facial mask. Mix 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon honey, a dash of ground cinnamon, and a dash of ground nutmeg together. Apply to face. It might tingle just a bit at first. That just tells you it’s working. Leave on for 7 to 10 minutes and wash off with warm water.
1 tablespoon baking soda ½ tablespoon raw Manuka honey (Manuka honey has wonderful anti-inflammatory properties for the skin, this honey face mask is also a great one to try) 1 drop of therapeutic grade lavender essential oil (where to buy therapeutic grade essential oils here)
