  • 1/2 tsp Chilli, powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 1/2 cups Red lentils, dried
  • 400 g Tomatoes, canned
Condiments
  • 1 Mango chutney
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground
