Although I love the look of a healthy & fit body, it's important to note that healthy & fit bodies come in all shapes and sizes. I will never be smaller than a size 8 @ my fittest, and I LOVE the curves that I keep when I am that size :-)

Don't say it's not working if you're lying to yourself. "Calories don't count on the weekend" and other nonsense like cheating your calorie counter, doesn't fool your body.

Exercise hard. Work through the exhaustion and boredom. Change it up and stay motivated. Even though you can't see an immediate difference, you are continually growing stronger and healthier. Not giving in will improve your overall health and wellness. Say goodbye to insecurities and hello to confidence... Keep going. Teresa Tran
