Spicy Dill Quick Pickles This is the base recipe that I use. I haven't been able to get anything but ground corriander and it is ok for flavor. Last batch I added some pickling spices to the mix and it turned out better yet. I need to cut back on the fresh dill. I also like cauliflower done this way. I skip the spice due to my crappy upper GI tract :( It's sad b/c I love spicy food...
