Love Dance Moms! Now I can workout while watching!

So with this picture i thought i would share my story. For most of my life a danced i wanted to upgrade to a more hard core dance school but i never did so i've be out of dance for a couple years and my body isn't looking like it did but I'm making progress

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home
