    breakfast pizza - by smitten kitchen, via Flickr ----- My version: Saute diced onion & garlic in smidge of olive oil and butter until onions are soft. Brush on top of large piece of prepared naan. Sprinkle black pepper, fresh mozzarella pearls, & grated parm on top. Add diced cooked bacon and crack two eggs on top. Bake 15 min or until eggs set at 450 degrees, covering the crust edges about half way through. Sprinkle basil on top, more black pepper. Let rest a few minutes and serve. Serves 2.
