You know when you order that cheese dip from any Mexican restaurant and you're like "How Do They Make That!?!?" White American Cheese, Chilis, Jalapenos, Milk, and COLD water - you can heat on the stove, but 5 minutes in the Microwave is how they did it in the restaurant
4 ingredients that you probably have for the best sounding dip ever?!... Update... I have made this probably 5 or 6 times now and it is a complete hit. I put in more cheese than what is called for and a whole bag of bacon bits. It is freakishly addicting.
