Great shampoo recipes! The first few have some weird ingredients. Scroll down for the "normal" ingredient mixes. I am definitely doing the dry hair shampoo. And, there is a recipe for a shampoo for blondes!

If you are worried about the chemicals in shampoo, here is a recipe for "Homemade Shampoo".

Homemade Baby Shampoo! 1/4 cup liquid castile soap, 1/4 cup water 1/4 tsp avocado oil (optional, you could also substitute olive oil, vitamin E oil, etc.)

shampoo recipe... with secret ingredient... coconut milk... looks like the castile shampoo I made (& really liked), except this is probably more nourishing with the coconut milk & vitamin E.

Homemade (oil) Facewash(castor oil and sunflower/olive oil), homemade hair conditioning rinse(equal parts h20 & vinegar) and homemade shampoo rinse(a T of baking soda for every cup of h2o). I'm kinda skeptical but I make all of our cleaning products, and I love them.

A Homemade Recipe for Natural Shampoo 1/4 Cup Water 3/4 Cup Lavender Doctor Bronner's Multi-Purpose Soap 4 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar 1 teaspoon of Glycerin 6 Drops Tea Tree Oil 6 Drops Lavender Oil 6 Drops Ylang Ylang Oil Combine all in a bowl or Pyrex measuring container (I use the one with the spout for easy pouring). Stir together and then pour into your spray bottle. I got this one at Bi-Mart. You are done, now go wash your hair!

shampoo recipes, I used the homemade herbal recipe, with aloe vera glycerin soap (flakes, about 1/2 tbsp) and lavender soap flakes. No essential oil.

Have to try this! I already love Dr. Bronners and I hate spending $$ on "good" shampoo.
