Monkey Bread - 2 cans biscuits, cut into quarters. Shake in a baggie with cinnamon & sugar. Place into bread pan coated with non-stick spray. Melt 1/2 stick butter & 1 cup brown sugar over low heat, stirring so it doesn't burn. Pour over bread & bake for 20-30 minutes. Put half pecan pieces on the bread bites before pouring brown sugar mixture over the top.
Louisiana Pralines ■1/2 cup real butter ■2 c. brown sugar ■2/3 c. heavy cream ■2 c. powdered sugar ■2 t. vanilla ■2 c. chopped, toasted pecans ( 200 Degrees for 15 min.) Bring butter, brown sugar and cream to a boil, stir often. Boil for 1 minute. Remove and add vanilla, powdered sugar and pecans. Drop on wax paper and cool.
