    DID YOU KNOW...The signing of The Declaration of Independence on July 4th, 1776, which declared our formal separation from the British Empire and the formation of the United States of America. Our Founding Fathers knew that true independence, meant forming our own monetary system. It took another 11 years, five and a half months, for the U.S. Constitution to be adopted on September 17, 1787, when in Article I, Section 8, it stated; "The Congress shall have the Power To Coin Money."
