After-Dinner Mint

Chocolate-covered mint leaves.

Things you'll need: Your choice of chocolate chips, metal or wooden stirring spoons, and your favorite crushed toppings. How to make: Melt ¾ cups chocolate chips using a microwave or stovetop double boiler. Stir until smooth. Dip spoons in chocolate until covered up to the neck. Gently sprinkle with crushed peppermints, nuts, or other assorted toppings. Place on wax-paper, and chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
