Easy Thai Tea Recipe - I can drink gallons of this homemade thai iced tea! This easy thai tea recipe is made with thai tea mix and just like what Thai restaurants serve.

~Thai Iced Tea~ Bring 6c of water, 1/2c sugar, 5 star anise, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1/4 tsp ground tamarind to a boil. Take off heat, let 8 bags black tea (or 6bags black tea & 2 bags rooibos) steep for 1 hour at room temp. Tea should be very strong, it gets diluted. Remove bags, anise & sticks. Whisk in 1/2c sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to taste. Refrigerate. Fill glass with ice & 3/4 full with tea. Top off with coconut milk, don't stir. Add chocolate mint as garnish.
