I would use 1/2 pound less of the ham and 1/2 pound less of the ground beef and use one pound of pork to give it more flavor. It makes enough for a good 25-30 ham balls, so be aware of that before you make it!
Peanut butter buckeye balls recipe. Combine: 3 lbs. powdered sugar 1 lb. margarine, 4 cups peanut butter in a large bowl...mix with hands until well blended. Chill 1/2 hr. Roll dough into balls and chill them. In double boiler melt: 3 packages chocolate chips and ⅓ cake paraffin wax ~ until they melt. Then dip the balls into melted choc. cool on wax paper. Store them in the fridge
