Chocolate Stout Cake...real Guinness makes the chocolate taste richer but not sweeter. This is a fabulous, adult chocolate cake that kids will appreciate, too. I've made it several times and I hope someone has a birthday soon so I can make it again.

Tomato, olive and mozzarella savoury cake-Serves: 8 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 large tomatoes - peeled, seeded and diced 1 handful basil leaves, chopped 3 eggs 150g plain flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 125ml milk salt and ground black pepper to taste 200g mozzarella, cubed 50g grated cheese, your choice 12 pitted black olives
